Neuropsychological & Psychoeducational Evaluations
I provide psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessments in both English and Spanish. My approach is grounded in an ecological perspective; I consider the whole picture, including cognitive functioning, emotions, behavior, family context, school environment, and broader influences, to better understand both strengths and areas of need.
My goal is not just to assign a diagnosis, but to understand what is unique about each individual and how to best support them. Diagnoses can be informative and useful, but they are never the full story. I place a strong emphasis on accurate, culturally and linguistically responsive assessment, and I work closely with families to ensure the process is thoughtful, clear, and not overly pathologizing.
With training and experience in both school psychology and clinical neuropsychological assessment, I provide comprehensive evaluations that help clarify how someone learns, thinks, regulates emotions, and navigates daily life. These insights are used to guide practical recommendations for support at home, in school, and across other settings.
I am also highly familiar with the educational system and regularly collaborate with educators and families through IEP and 504 processes. My role in this work is to help translate assessment findings into clear, actionable support plans and to ensure students receive appropriate services—nothing less than what they need, and nothing unnecessary beyond that.
Please note; Evaluation services will be available beginning in Fall 2026.
Understand your child’s strengths and Needs
More than a diagnosis, comprehensive evaluations can provide full picture of you or your child’s strengths and vulnerabilities. Often families leave feeling like they finally have answers to ongoing questions and concerns. Evaluations can provide insight and clarity to patterns that have been noticed. Most importantly, these evaluations offer a roadmap toward providing appropriate supports and next steps in helping you or your child thrive.
